Life Coaching AND Fitness 90 day package

Is there a more fit you hiding inside? Are you struggling to get on the pathway to fitness and you can't figure out what is getting in your way? This package will help you move past those road blocks. You will also have a Personal Trainer to get you started! This package includes 3 sessions a week with a Personal Trainer over the internet to instruct you, with a personalized plan, made just for you! It also includes up to 2 Life Coaching and/ Reiki sessions a week to help you remove those mental blocks to getting yourself fit! This will be the best 90 days to a new and better YOU!
