My Role & Approach My work is different from that of a licensed therapist. I am a coach and wellness practitioner, not a licensed mental health therapist or psychologist. My focus is on helping you understand patterns, create intentional change, and develop practical tools that support the life you want to create. Through hypnotherapy, Life Mastery Coaching, IMAGO communication, Reiki, and mind-body approaches, I work with you in a supportive, forward-focused way. While licensed therapists may diagnose and treat mental health conditions, my work centers on personal growth, behavior change, subconscious patterns, relationships, relaxation, and whole-person wellness. When something falls outside the scope of my training or services, I believe in supporting clients in finding the appropriate licensed professional for their needs.
