If you have health issues, I will listen to your needs and work with you so you can heal yourself from whatever it is that brings your mind and body down and find freedom within yourself. If you have goals you are trying to reach, we will work together to get clarity and find your way to the finish line! I am Certified through CLCI as a Life Coach, I am a Reiki Master and Cerified rREST Coach. I am also Certified as a coach with Mary Morrissey's Dream Builder Coaching program. I am an ordained minister and Youth Minister, and have 40 years of experience helping individuals, parents and teens. I use a combination of these techniques to help you, which is what makes me different!
