I started this business because I suffer from migraines due to Vestibular Migraines. VM can cause dizziness and severe pain, light sensitivity, well as many other symptoms, which can cause severe anxiety! I have also suffered from personal trauma. I felt depressed, defeated, scared and my emotions were out of control. Haven't we all felt like this at times? Then a co worker introduced me to rREST, I did a session to get her off my back. But what happened instead was I started to feel relief from anxiety that I have carried with me for years! Things that triggered me in the past, stopped get as big of a response. I feel more in control, less overwhelmed by my emotions. My health has vastly improved with no dizziness and less migraines. People say i am much more at peace and stable. My coworkers are no longer worried about what is going to set me off. The more rREST sessions I do, the less scared I am of what life is going to hand me! Instead of defeated, I feel I'm in control! I decided that this was just too wonderful to keep to myself! I couldn't stop thinking of all the people that I knew that would benefit from this! That's when I decided to learn to be a coach! I am so happy that I have! rRest has changed me! I am a priority! YOU are a priority! So here I am!
